In addition, the Partnership announced today that the Board of Directors of the Partnership's general partner approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.60 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2007 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 5, 2007. This quarterly distribution equates to a $2.40 per unit distribution on an annual basis.
