(Nasdaq: CLMT) ("Partnership" or "Calumet") today announced an increase in its quarterly cash distribution to $0.56 per unit ($2.24 per unit on an annualized basis) for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2012 to holders of record of such units at the close of business on May 4, 2012. This distribution represents an increase of 5.7% over the quarterly distribution of $0.53 per unit ($2.12 per unit on an annualized basis) paid in February 2012 for the fourth quarter of 2011.
In addition, the Partnership will report earnings for the first quarter of 2012 on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 before the market opens.
