(NASDAQ: CLMT) ("Calumet" or the "Partnership") a leading independent producer of specialty hydrocarbon and fuels products, today declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.685 per unit, or $2.74 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2015 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on August 4, 2015.
The Partnership will report results for the second quarter 2015 on August 5, 2015 before the market opens.
